Here we explain how we process personal data you provide through the enquiry form or by e-mail.

What data we process
Company name, contact e-mail and country; optionally name, phone and delivery address for a sample; the content of your message, the selected type of interest, product, width and number of rolls, and our follow-up correspondence.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where applicable, conclude and perform a contract. If you enquire on your own behalf, the legal basis is pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact us as an employee or representative of a company, we process your contact details based on our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use form data to send newsletters or marketing messages.
Recipients
To the extent necessary, data may be processed by technical service providers we use to run the website, deliver the form and handle e-mail. We do not sell data. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only under the conditions of Chapter V GDPR.
Retention
We keep the data while handling the enquiry and any follow-up negotiations. If a contract is concluded, we keep it for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax). If no contract is concluded, we delete the data once negotiations end.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your requests to sales@lgp-sticker.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Without the company name, e-mail and country we cannot handle the enquiry. Other data is voluntary.
