Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern the sale of LGP Sticker film, light panels, components and related goods by SIGNTECH, s.r.o. to businesses – distributors, wholesalers and sign makers.

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
1. Seller and scope
The seller is SIGNTECH, s.r.o., registered office U továren 999/31, 102 00 Prague – Hostivař, Czech Republic, Company ID 24305677 (the “Seller”). LGP Sticker is a product brand of the Seller.
These terms apply to contracts with buyers acting in the course of their business. The Seller does not enter into contracts with consumers. These terms form part of every purchase contract under Section 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code. Deviating provisions in an offer or order confirmation take precedence; the buyer’s own terms do not apply unless the Seller accepts them in writing.
2. Enquiry, offer and conclusion of contract
Submitting the enquiry form or an e-mail is non-binding and does not constitute an order. Based on it, the Seller sends an offer stating price, specification, quantity, shipping and availability. An offer is valid for the period stated in it, otherwise for 14 days.
A purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order in writing (including by e-mail). Information and prices on the website are not an offer to conclude a contract.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT is added in accordance with applicable law; for supplies to another EU member state, the reverse charge applies where the legal conditions are met, in particular a valid VAT ID of the buyer.
The purchase price is payable as invoiced, unless agreed otherwise within 14 days of the invoice date. The Seller may require advance payment from new customers. In case of late payment, the Seller is entitled to statutory default interest under Czech Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll. and may suspend further deliveries.
4. Delivery and passing of risk
Place, method and date of delivery are set out in the offer or order confirmation. Delivery dates are indicative unless expressly agreed as binding. Partial deliveries are permitted.
Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the first carrier, or when the buyer collects them. Where Incoterms® are agreed, the agreed clause prevails.
The buyer must inspect the goods on receipt, note any visible transport damage on the carrier’s documents and notify the Seller without delay.
5. Retention of title
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment of the purchase price.
6. Defects and claims
Rights arising from defective performance are governed by Section 2099 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code. The buyer must inspect the goods as soon as possible after the passing of risk and notify defects in writing without undue delay after discovering them or when they could have been discovered, at the latest within 6 months of delivery.
Claims are made to sales@lgp-sticker.com with a description of the defect, photos, the delivery note or invoice number and the batch number. Claimed goods must be retained until the claim is settled. The Seller settles a justified claim by repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Characteristics resulting from improper application, storage, handling or combination with materials contrary to the technical data sheet or the Seller’s instructions, as well as normal manufacturing tolerances and shade variations, are not defects.
7. Samples and technical information
Samples are provided by individual arrangement. Technical data, recommendations and application instructions reflect the Seller’s current knowledge and serve as guidance. The buyer must verify the suitability of the goods for the intended use, in particular by a test application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability for damage arising from one order is limited to the purchase price of that order, and the Seller is not liable for lost profit or indirect and consequential damage. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence or to personal injury.
9. Artwork and intellectual property
Where the buyer supplies its own artwork or materials, the buyer is responsible for holding the necessary rights to them. The LGP Sticker name, photos and texts on this website are protected and may not be used without the Seller’s consent for purposes other than promoting the purchased goods.
10. Force majeure
The Seller is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural events, supplier failures, transport restrictions, official measures). Deadlines are extended accordingly for their duration.
11. Governing law and disputes
Contractual relationships are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic having local jurisdiction at the Seller’s registered office.
12. Final provisions
The Seller may amend these terms; the version in force on the date the contract is concluded applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In case of doubt, the Czech version prevails. Please send questions about these terms to sales@lgp-sticker.com.
